Which openscales version are you running? Anyhow, for two layers to display properly on the same map they have to be in the same projection. I'm not familiar with EPSG:32617 but I am pretty sure it's not compatible with OSM layers.

Objet : WMS base layer with OSM non base layer

Hi,

I've been trying to use a WMS base layer in projection epsg:32617 with OSM as a non-base layer.  The WMS layer is correctly centered on a section of Florida.  The OSM layer shows the northwest part of the earth.  If I try to pan the OSM layer to the east or south, it moves back.

Is it possible to use a WMS base layer with OSM as a non-base layer?

Thanks.
