Hello All,

I just starting of with openscales and flex / air development (esp. mobile). 

I trying to figure-out on how to setup a build environment for openscales (library *.swc) in my machine so that I could try building up a on AIR based GIS mobile app. 

Hence I have few query as follows:

1) Can Is this library compile with "Apache Flex 4.11.0 FP11.1 AIR3.8 en_US."

2) Is there any document or post or web link where I can configure this with FlashDevelop (as this is only freely available development environment for flex which is mature enough against the paid-one's).

3) [Off-Topic] Is there really any future of AIR based mobile development for GIS or would it be good start-of with apache cordova and openlayers/leaflet.
