As Deputy Director of Long-Range Planning and Water Resources, Lan Wiborg’s management portfolio includes projects that address short-term water conservation aims and projects aimed at meeting the City’s longer-term ambitious Climate Action Plan goals. Besides the planning and development of water resources, she also manages groundwater, watershed protection, the San Vincente Hydroelectric Project and a multi-million dollar operating budget. Lan was also a rock star mentor for our recently completed the San Diego SmartCity Hackathon.
