[OpenSAML] Opensaml2 -> maven central

Hi,

Is uploading the latest Opensaml2 releases to Maven central on
anyone's immediate to-do list? The latest release on Maven central is
2.2.3:

http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/opensaml/opensaml/

If not then I can take care of it.

No. We actually haven't put any of them up there. I have not yet
investigated how much effort it would be to do so.
