Standard format for specs

There is a standard format for specs:
http://xml.resource.org/authoring/draft-mrose-writing-rfcs.html

Most of the specs today look adopt it, so the community is quite used
to this format.

There are also free conversion tools at:
http://xml.resource.org/

and XSLT to display it as HTML (I think it's called rfc2629.xslt).

Another, less time consuming option, is copy-pasting the specs to the
Wiki on the OpenSAM Code Project...
