How to retrieve messages along with conclusion?

We are able to get the conclusions but we are trying to retrieve messages form Messages cloumn.

Do you have any code snippet for the same?

You may use the Logging API - see http://openrules.com/pdf/OpenRulesUserManual.pdf p. 128. However, the simplest way is to add your own column that refers to your own String or String[] attribute. So, the rules will fill out this attribute inside your own object and you are getting a complete control over it.
