"Social Streaming" website

I have no difficulty programming all type of website languages, but my problem is with Cumulus.
I am trying to create a live streaming project with Cumulus where people can share their stream with another people in a "Social streaming website".

And my problem is how can I run Cumulus server, and how can I provide to the users the power of creating their own streams and share with friend and interact with another streamers
and the only think that I was able to do, was put the Server working.. nothing more, now I want to provide streaming services with my server (hosted in a CentOs machine).
But I just know a little about interface languages like Java, C++ and others, but i'm able to learn everything if that's needed to start my Project.

So I need a little help, where to start, how can I do that? how can I create the Client for people to connect? How can people stream with my server in my website?
I just need someone to help me, I really want to do that, no matter the costs, I really want to do it.
