%%WINNING_PRICE%% macro is not replaced

Hi ,

I am following below link to implement VAST bid request and response ,

https://developers.google.com/authorized-buyers/rtb/response-guide/decrypt-price

The issue here i am facing is %%WINNING_PRICE%% macro is not replacing by google as per the doc .

I am sending macro in video_url  : https://example.com/api/google/data/vast/?CreativeId=3627&Region=asia&RuleId=1389&RequestId=393635343732&win_url=https://example.com/track/notification/?RequestID=393635343732&Region=asia&CreativeID=3627&RuleID=1389&WinningPrice=%%WINNING_PRICE%%

but %%WINNING_PRICE%% not replacing by google . 

can some one tell me is there any best way to do this .
