Routing A to B At o C etc

I wonder if anyone knows how to help me to do the following

I want to be able to route vehicles from a single origin to different destinations

ie

Ato B 

Ato C

AtoD

etc as this image below 

Also i have for example 100 vehicles leaving A with the following %

Ato B 10%

Ato C 40%

AtoD  30%

Ato E 20%

i want to be able to calculate how many turn at each junction as below

Do you know if this can be done and how?
