Steepness graph

Hi i'm new to openrouteservice.

How can i extract the values from steepness array and use these values to plot a graph.I got some values in this format {"steepness":{"values":[[0,13,1],[13,17,5],[17,25,-2],[25,27,-5],[27,30,-3],[30,50,0]].

What does this array actually mean & how can i use this values to plot a graph as show in the demo of openrouteservice.
