Bicycle routing by steps?

Hello,

currently the bicycle routing want to let me drive over steps, even if there is an alternative way.

Example on stairs without any bicycle rails/ramps for stairs:

Example with bicycle rails/ramps on this stairs:

https://maps.openrouteservice.org/directions?n1=49.40942&n2=8.669731&n3=17&a=49.409528,8.668299,49.411867,8.668621&b=1a&c=0&g1=-1&g2=0&h2=3&k1=en-US&k2=km

I don't know if the second routing behavior is on purpose, but the first one shouldn't be possible. These stairs only have the tag: highway=steps
