New OpenRosa and JavaRosa websites

Hi all,

Jon mentioned this quickly in his email about starting a new OpenRosa
workgroup, but I'm writing to say that Jonathan Jackson, Heather
Zornetzer, and I will be working on putting together a two new
public-facing sites: one for OpenRosa and one for JavaRosa. Over the
next several weeks, we'll be asking for content from the community as
we start to organize and bring the site online.

If anyone has time to join us on design or content please do let us
know! You can respond to Jon, Heather or myself directly (all cc'd on
this mail)
