To follow up on this, there are now online forms available to apply for the OpenMRS/OpenROSA meeting at http://openmrs.org/wiki/2010_Implementers_Group_Meeting.
When you apply for the “Online Meeting Application Form”, you must check whether you are primarily interested in the OpenMRS or OpenROSA track. To apply for financial support to attend the conference, please fill out the “Online Scholarship Application Form”. If you have checked the OpenROSA box on the Meeting Application form, then you will be applying to OpenROSA for support.
Please let me know if there are any questions. I don’t see an official deadline but please apply as soon as possible as space and funding are both limited.

Hi everybody,
With apologies for a long silence and relatively short notice, it is our pleasure to announce that the 5th OpenROSA meeting will be a track within the OpenMRS meeting to be held in Cape Town Sept 9-12, 2010 (see below). Our track will be at the same venue as the main OpenMRS meeting with plenty of opportunities for the two groups to interact, and most likely several joint sessions.
We will send out details shortly, including how to register. We have limited funding to sponsor delegates to attend the meeting and will also provide details on how to apply for this. All arrangements will be made through Jembi who coordinate with the venue.
We are grateful to OpenMRS, Jembi, and the IDRC for making this meeting possible and very much looking forward to a fun and productive meeting in Cape Town!
