Hi ORWG,

After some discussions in the skype chat, it seems to make more sense to complete the HTTP Request API before moving on to the Submission API.

The rest of the week will likely be a little slow (it's Thanksgiving holidays in the US), but feel free to email out points you'd like to discuss or drop them in the skype chat as the week goes on.
