OpenROSA Meeting July 20-23, TZ

I have the pleasure of announcing that registration for the next
OpenROSA Meeting is now open.
Details: The 4th OpenROSA Meeting will be held from the 20-23 of July
2009, at Kunduchi Resort, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The event will be
Co-hosted by MEDA, D-tree, and ITIDO with support from IDRC.

and we are fortunate to have some limited support for travel assistance
