根据你生产系统平均工作使用情况来设置。

比如正常压力下，看到有 100 个并发请求在并行，那么连接池的大小就可以设置为 100。

前面的空闲时间，通常10s 左右即可，除非你的流量非常不稳定，抖动很大可以多设置一些。
