arm64 openresty docker image missing

Hi, It looks like openresty of the older versions(1.15 for an example) is missing arm64 docker image on docker hub. unfortunately in-place solution doesn't comply with the latest version. Any chance to get the missing arm64 docker image built or downloaded?

Perhaps related 1.21.4.4 released in 19 Jul 2024 has yet to make it to dockerhub as well
