arm64 openresty docker image missing

Hi, It looks like openresty of the older versions(1.15 for an example) is missing arm64 docker image on docker hub. unfortunately in-place solution doesn't comply with the latest version. Any chance to get the missing arm64 docker image built or downloaded?
