Not reloading?

Following the tutorials in:

When making changes to the nginx.conf, how do I test the new url? Do I need to shutdown nginx or a command to automatically reload?

/usr/local/openresty/nginx/sbin/nginx -s reload     
?

That work, and wonder what is the correct way to make changes to LUA file which going to be used for page rendering, without having to reload Nginx conf all the time?

u can set lua_code_cache off when debugging, but not recommend for product use.
