Package repository for OpenResty on the Amazon Linux 2023 system

Hello everyone!
We have recently added an official binary package repository for OpenResty on the Amazon Linux 2023 system: https://openresty.org/en/linux-packages.html
Our OpenResty XRay product also supports the latest version of this distribution.
One annoying thing about Amazon Linux 2023 is that it no longer guarantees binary compatibility with Red Hat Linux (although it looks like RHEL 9), so the EPEL package repository cannot be used directly. This is a big step back compared to Amazon Linux 1 and 2. Alas.
