Test directories are missing in v1.17.4

Hello,

I was trying to compile v1.17.4 (master), but found that there is no "t" folder getting created under sub folders of "bundle/". Test folders was getting created (or getting extracted from tarball) in last version known to me was v1.17.1. Which is no longer exists.

Could you please guide me on - how to fix this issue?, as I have to execute tests to ensure my changes are correct or not.
