[ANN] OpenResty 1.21.4.3 released

Hi folks,

We released OpenResty 1.21.4.3, on 7 Nov 2023, with important security patches for the NGINX kernel related to CVE-2023-44487.

This release addresses the following key update:

* Applied a patch for the security advisory to NGINX cores (CVE-2023-44487).
