Hi all

I am trying to request form Packs DX reports but it gives me this error

"Something went wrong, cannot move further. Aborting. (Probably lost connection for a short time)"

What is wrong I do not know?

Any help will be appreciated

Sorry for the delay in replying, Stanislav, I've been away.

Do you have access to the logs on the remote PACS system? The logs indicate an abort signal has been sent by the remote server (the PACS end) during the move request. The only way to know what the issue was would be to review those logs.

Does your PACS require TLS encryption? That is fairly unusual in the a DICOM world, but is possible to set up if you need to. 

However, I'm confused as to why that would be the case for that point in the move request, and not for the query or up to that point on the move? 

Can you have another look to make sure they are the right log entries?
