Comment fields on NM/PET page

Hi, 

Which DICOM tags do the Comment fields in the details list and the radiopharmaceutical table on the NM/PET exam page use?

I've been trying to populate this with the bed speed / time per bed information extracted from ActualFrameDuration but they're always showing as blank or None. Have tried all the comments tags I could find...

I think the comment field is from the Radiopharmaceutical Radiation Dose Structured Report (RRDSR): https://bitbucket.org/openrem/openrem/src/develop/openrem/remapp/extractors/rrdsr_methods.py

I don't know if this is something you are able to add information to?

Hi Ed, 

I'm having to use dose info from NM/PT image files rather than RRDSRs as I'm pulling all my data in from Sectra PACS rather than sending direct from the scanners and haven't been able to get the RRDSRs onto Sectra so that'll be why none of that worked. And also one of our gamma cameras doesn't produce RRDSRs. 

Think I'll write the bed speed information to the Operator's Name field instead as we currently anonymise that anyway. Not as clean as having it in the comment field but just want it to be something we can see on the web interface and is in the export data so that'll work fine.

Looking at the code again, the nm_image routines don't attempt to populate the comment field, only the rrdsr_methods routines do.

Therefore to capture anything from an NM comment field you'd need to modify the code. 

The comment field in the initial block actually appears to come from the associated CT side, but I haven't followed it through to make sure. The comment field in the table is from the RRDSR.
