Hi Ed
I wonder if you can help with this one.
When using "Admin/Import patient size info", by mistake the uploaded .csv file had the height in metres instead of cm.
We get e.g. this now in the patient record: "Patient height and weight: 0.02 m ..."
(My colleague assumed that as the height in the patient record is displayed in metres then this would be the required units for the upload.)
I see that "Data already in the database does not get overwritten" so uploading a corrected .csv with height in cm does not update the database record.
Is there a way to correct this please as the skin dose maps do not now work for these records?
If I was to delete the record and import it again, would I then be able to upload a new .csv file to provide the correct height? Although I'm a bit reluctant to do this as there are multiple records on various dates that would need to be deleted and then re-imported manually.

Thanks

For the record, I deleted each record individually, manually re-import them using Query Retrieve then imported the patient size info using the correct units.
Perhaps in future the display of height in the patient record could be in cm if that is what is required by the import function, or the import is changed to m to match how height is displayed in the patient record?

Thanks
Rob

Really sorry Rob - I'm not sure why either of your emails to the group didn't come through to my email accounts? I don't understand it. I saw this message because I logged into the group directly.

Sorry you had to go through that process.

The import in cm will have been the units that were convenient to me when I first wrote the function. I don't know what the best way to improve this would be - choice of units on import, or choice to overwrite on import?

Kind regards

Ed
