Hi Stanislav

That Orthanc message indicates that the incoming file has not matched any of the import routines in the Lua file.

The DICOM object itself is a CT image file - these are only used at the moment by OpenREM if you are using the "Toshiba" option where an RSDR can be created from CT image data where an RDSR doesn't exist. This has to be specified in the query (command line or web interface) and in the Orthanc Lua file.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards

Ed

If you have any DX or CR images, or any mammography images, then you can import those. Ideally you need to find radiation dose structured reports (RDSR). If you can set up OpenREM to query retrieve a PACS then you can find them that way, but you need to set up the PACS end and the OpenREM end.

There are a collection of test files in the repository at bitbucket.org/openrem/openrem/src/develop/openrem/remapp/tests/test_files/

Be aware though that some of the files are deliberately not able to be imported, as they are used for testing various things.
