Request Logging as OpenRefine v3.6

Dear all,

I would like to request logging as unable to Open app OpenRefine v3.6 on iMac when using network accounts but local account.

OpenRefine v.3.5.2 could be used normally when using network accounts and local account. But it could be used for network accounts after copy OpenRefine v3.6 app to Application when using network accounts.

Maybe your issue is related to this one: #5160

try to chmod o+r on the folder App.

```
sudo chmod +r /Applications/OpenRefine.app/Contents/Resources/webapp/WEB-INF/*

```
