Sorry, I haven't been able to find an answer to this, and I'm sure there's a quick fix...

I've seen @tfmorris comments on including an ERROR message, but no way to fix it.

I've increased my memory, but I still am unable to export from OpenRefine back to Excel/Google Spreadsheets because of too many columns.

It's very difficult to answer that kind of question. We just know that you are using Open Refine (or maybe Google Refine 2.5 ?), on a computer, so, which is maybe a PC or a Mac, with Windows 10 or XP, or Linux. You probably have Excel installed but we do not really know which version ; that some things are truncated but we do not know what. That's a lot of unanswered questions.

A tip valid in any case: try to export your file in CSV, which is a universal format. Then try to import this CSV into Google Spreadsheet. If there is a problem, it will probably be due to an excess of lines. For example, spreadsheets can not contain more than 1.48 million rows.

Do not hesitate to rephrase your question more precisely if you want more specific help. You could even put your file in an attachment if it is not private.
