Access denied / FileNotFoundException on Win 10

Hi I'm experiencing a problem with OpenRefine on Win10. When trying to do any edit/save action, I receive a runtime execption "failed to apply changes"  caused by 

"java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\F.Giovannini\AppData\Local\OpenRefine\2462441187026.project\history\1497437812119.change.zip (Access denied)".

I'm using Openrefine 2.7-rc-2 (launched as Exe as Administrator on Win 10) and Java v.8.131-b11.

Any help?
