I have both google-refine-2.5 and google-refine-2.5-r2407.tar.gz in the same directory, from which I cannot use ./refine, ./google-refine or ./google-refine-2.5. I know that I am not the best of installers, but the installation instructions seem to assume that something works while it doesn't always work.
