Numbering rows within records

Hi,

I have records identified with a specific code, and each record can contain a different number of rows (1 to 8). I want to create an individual code for each row in a record.

For example:

Record 1

Row 1-1

Row 1-2

Row 1-3

Record 2

Row 2-1

Record 3

Row 3-1

Row 3-2

An so on.

Any tips?
