Hi

Is there a known issue with the wikidata reconciliation service at the moment?

I used it at about 9am yesterday with no problems, but since 11am yesterday it just hangs as soon as I try to open it. Same problem today.

Thanks

Graham

Hi Graham,

I am investigating an issue which might be linked.
https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T257405

For now, you can bypass the issue by running the reconciliation service
locally with Docker:
https://github.com/wetneb/openrefine-wikibase

Thanks for your report!
Antonin

Update: you can fix this issue in two ways:
- remove the Wikidata reconciliation service and add it manually using
this new URL: https://wdreconcile.toolforge.org/en/api

- or upgrade to 3.4-beta2 (which will register the new service by default).
