bug: OpenRefine crashes

working on a sheet with over 14.000 rows

in Google Chrome

Reproducibility: every time

After splitting a column by ',', I create a face to inspect the final row that was generated. After clicking one of the results in the facet Open Refine stalls and then crashes. The application is still active but the browser shows the following error message.

Any thoughts on where this might go wrong?

Does the column split lead to OpenRefine switching to Records mode?

Large facets and Large records are the issues that I've seen causing browser crashing. Apart from that I'm out of ideas although I'd be happy to look at the data set and see if I can recreate and analyse the issue if the data set can be shared?

Thanks for your help Owen! I just found out that indeed everything works as it should in row-mode. The issue only occurred in record-mode, no idea why. But it's solved for now. Thanks again!
