Colorblindness and being more inclusive

This GitHub feature preview also has me wondering how OpenRefine would score on a colorblind inclusive test?  I think pretty good since we don't have Green or Red much if at all anywhere?  If we do, we should change those to Orange and Blue as GitHub colorblind theme does.
