Patch for adding put and delete methods to a Command

Hello,

I am writing a refine extension that needs a servlet that serves PUT and DELETE operations in addition to POST and GET and noticed that these weren't exposed through the Command extension point. I have attached a patch that adds PUT and DELETE methods to Command and RefineServlet. Please take a look at it and if it looks good, commit it?
