Hello all,

We have a fix for an issue with the reconciliation dialog, that
elebitzero proposes to include in a patch release on the 3.6 series:

https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/issues/5285

It is a fairly long standing bug which only appears when some conditions
on the length of the column names and the length of the suggested types
are met, so it does not feel super critical to me, but it would not hurt
to have it fixed there.

Therefore I would offer to cut a 3.6.2 release with this. This could be
the occasion to include other bug fixes that affect 3.6, if anyone has
suggestions.

Also, the Wikimedia Commons integration project is coming to an end at
the end of October, so it would be nice to officially release the
features developed in this effort. Therefore I propose to release a
3.7-beta1 around mid-October. If there are changes you want to have
included there, now is a good time to get the PRs merged :)

Cheers,

Antonin

Hi Antonin,

As part of 3.6.2 there remains a workspace corruption bug that we really need to address and test thoroughly.
We should likely review and merge the workspace duplicate file PR:  https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/pull/4897
