Routeing, Timetable, Fares mapping help

to A gathering place for the Open Rail Data community

Could someone please tell me how you would map the stations NXG to LBG? Or even BCY to LBG? There are no direct flows and I can't figure out the Fare zone or clusters at all. I'll think i'm on the right track and then I'll have a small London station clustered with a station in Scotland. I've spent a couple of days on this now and am none the wiser. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Even a single resource/file i'm missing would be great!
