to A gathering place for the Open Rail Data community

I thought some of the members of this group might be interested in a ScotRail Market Engagement notice that has been published on Public Procurement Scotland.

I appreciate it is somewhat off topic for the Rail Data Marketplace but I know some of the members here do have the capabilities that ScotRail are looking for. Given it is Delay Attribution related, I thought I could get away with it.

They are looking for vendors who can help them with an Unexplained Delay Software Solution.

I have no link to Scotrail (apart from as a passenger) but felt it worth promoting this market engagement to the group.
