I’ve just tried to obtain a new token from the link I’ve visited previously, but it returns an error message - https://realtime.nationalrail.co.uk/OpenLDBWSRegistration/Registration

Is there a new way to obtain a token?

Use the equivalent product on the Rail Data Marketplace.
