Can't seem to register for OpenLDBWS

Try as I might I can not register for OpenLDBWS access. I can sign up with a user ID etc. but never get an email for final confirmation. Tried 2-3 times. I am trying to implement this project:

Build a Raspberry Pi powered live train station sign for your desk (balena.io)

I am based in the US and was wondering if that impacts the sign up process.

Being based in the US isn’t a problem - have you checked your spam folder by any chance?

Odd - fixed by using gmail account. It did not like my yahoo email.
