All,

Last night's CIF update hasn't reached a number of parties, including NROD - it appears to be a wider problem.

The CIF and JSON schedule data on NROD is therefore going to be out-of-date until it's fixed.

Hi Peter
I appear to have got the file okay, as well as the direct file from NR.
If anyone needs the NROD file I might be able to find it my end ?
Assuming it's file that ends in P?
Kind regards

Hi Matthew

It worked for some people, it didn't work for others.  CIFs are generated per-user, as almost everyone has a different set of requirements - train category codes, overlay or non-overlay, time windows, etc.

So, your CIF is not necessarily going to match anyone else's depending on how your profile is configured.

Hi Phil

Interesting - digging further, this may be a coincidence - I didn't receive a CIF last night, but some people did and some didn't (a small sample size, admittedly).

It looks like the updates *are* available through NROD, so the problem might be elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback!
