FYI, I've just seen this on the RDM: "Access to the Rail Data Marketplace will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday 18 April between 10AM and 11AM BST. Data feeds will continue to operate as normal, but you may not be able to access your account during this time. We appreciate your patience while we upgrade the platform."
