currently subscribed to SUSS and Kent feeds,

New TD's have been added X3,X7,X8,X9,AX,AB but these don't show up unless I subscribe to all TD feeds,

this means i need to filter out what i don't need which is not a problem but dose seam a waste of bandwidth anyone else seen this and found a way round that doesn't involve all the TD data

many thanks Jon

Hi Jon

I wasn't aware there were still geographic feeds available - these should have been retired and instead all data published on TD_ALL_SIG_AREA.

In the last 10 years, I'm not aware of any changes made to the grouping of TDs under the area-specific feeds, hence the suggestion that all data is published.

It's better for you to subscribe to everything and filter out what you don't need.  Unless you're on a connection with very limited bandwidth, it's probably not going to be much of an issue.  You could look at the message headers to see if there's anything you could filter on when subscribing, but I can't recall whether that's a feature of ActiveMQ/Artemis or not.

https://wiki.openraildata.com/index.php/TD was updated by EvelynSnow in about 2022 to make it clear.  Is there another page that still references the old topics?

Hi Peter,

Always nice to get credit, but the change to clarify this was yours, not mine!
