Empty CIF tonight

All,

I've just received an empty CIF schedule from Network Rail. Accordingly, do not be surprised if the CIF you receive from NROD is also blank :-)

Yes - the JSON update CIF was empty to. Was this possibly related to the cancellation of the strikes?
