BPLAN Geography data

All,

I've published a new data product on the RDM.  This will contain BPLAN (PIF) Geography files updated each week - see https://raildata.org.uk/dashboard/dataProduct/P-f754be7e-06d5-4fa6-8436-c6a801d2ea7c/overview, and I'm in the process of uploading historical data at the moment.

The existing BPLAN data product doesn't seem to have been updated since mid-2024, and is just a copy of what's on the Open Rail Data Wiki.  Unfortunately, it's a tortuous process to try to get this resolved upstream, so I've bitten the bullet and after I've done an initial upload of data (which should be finished by the end of the day, bandwidth-dependent), I'll get these files uploaded each week so everyone can access up-to-date data.

As with the passenger train consist data product (and the wiki, and this mailing list), I'm not being funded by anyone to do this.  Thankfully, it's a relatively small piece of integration to set up and maintain.

Well done Peter.

Another example of where a private individual has beaten Network Rail, which quite frankly should be ashamed of its attitude and approach to some areas of open data.  Thanks for your time and effort on this.
