Set up OJP account?

So I'm looking at this section of the developer document for OJP

I've registered for the API, been sent a contract on Docusign and signed it.

What happens next? Does this depend on someone else taking action now? Or is there some other steps I can take now to set up the account.

You've signed the contract, you just need some credentials now.  Give it a couple of days and then chase it up with the people you sent the contract to.
