Dear team,

We recently observed an interruption in the darwin.pushport-v16 AMQ service that lasted for approximately four hours. Attached are screenshots from our monitoring of the darwin system. Could you please let us know if this was due to scheduled maintenance on the darwin system?

If it was maintenance, is there a way for us to receive advance notice so that we can prepare accordingly?

I'm afraid the screenshot you posted is far too small to be able to identify when the outage was.  I could just about make out something on my phone, but on my laptop I can't identify the time window.

Looking at my own graphs, there is a loss of messages from 1515 (UTC+1) to about 1715 (UTC+1) today on the Darwin feed through NRDP:

I can't find anything in log files here to suggest that my end became disconnected from NRDP - only a gap with no messages:

   1665 2025-06-04 14:12
   1635 2025-06-04 14:13
    376 2025-06-04 14:14
  25252 2025-06-04 16:11
  14881 2025-06-04 16:12
   1775 2025-06-04 16:13

Unfortunately, it looks like something broke on CACI's side, as I see their Darwin client is reported as reconnecting around 17:10 this evening, and again on 2nd June around 1430 when I also saw a 35-40 minute outage.

I don't know why they didn't pick up these outages, fix them quickly or at the very least, communicate with the user community.
