Hi
Has anyone ever received the weekly TSRs for the Kent and Sussex route?
I get every other route but the Kent Sussex ones are always empty...
Thanks

Hi Matthew

It looks like it may be an issue - checking through logs from Friday, all I saw was this for Kent and Sussex:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><nettsr:TSRBatchMsgV1 xsi:schemaLocation="http://xml.hiav.networkrail.co.uk/schema/net/tsr/1 net_tsr_messaging_v1.xsd" xmlns="http://xml.hiav.networkrail.co.uk/schema/net/tsr/1" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:eai="http://xml.hiav.networkrail.co.uk/schema/eai/11.2" xmlns:nettsr="http://xml.hiav.networkrail.co.uk/schema/net/tsr/1" owner="Network Rail" timestamp="2023-09-01T06:10:03+01:00" originMsgId="2023-09-01T07:10:04.528+01:00-2650@PPS" classification="industry" systemEnvironmentCode="Production"><eai:Sender organisation="Network Rail" application="HUB" applicationDomain="net" instance="" component="" userID="" sessionID="" conversationID="" messageID=""/><eai:Publication><eai:TopicID>TSR/2650</eai:TopicID></eai:Publication><nettsr:TSRBatchMsg routeGroup="Kent and Sussex" routeGroupCode="2650" publishDate="2023-09-01T07:00:07+01:00" publishSource="WON_2324_24_F" routeGroupCoverage="full" batchPublishEvent="publishWON" WONStartDate="2023-09-09T00:01:00+01:00" WONEndDate="2023-09-15T23:59:00+01:00"/></nettsr:TSRBatchMsgV1>

I'm chasing this up with Network Rail - there are a couple of things that might give rise to this.

I will keep the group updated.

Best wishes,

Peter

Thanks Peter, it's been empty a few months.
Kind regards

OK, solution put in place. It seems some other reference data elsewhere was updated and something else not updated in a separate system.

NR have told me that it should work come this Friday.

Many thanks Peter, noticed something wrong when I saw a good 10+ TSRs in the Bml alone the other week !
