Seems to be resolved now.

Hi Alex

I saw an outage on other connections too, so it's wider than CACI.

I am working with CACI, NR and their suppliers to fix the root cause, but it is proving difficult to track down.  That said, we all realise the impact of even a few minutes missing TD messages on real-time systems!
