Reasons for updateOrigin="CIS"

Is there any way to identify which data a CIS user has changed/added/removed inside a <uR> element?

I can see that most activations in the PushPort are attributed to 'updateOrigin="CIS" but , but there are other (often single TIPLOC) entries where obviously the CIS workstation has changes something but I can't tell what.

My guess is that they've added/changed platforms manually but I wondered if there is a way to be sure?
