How do i set up an account to sign in? I have downloaded and installed but cant login? Can anyone help?

type an email address, in "Login" field, and a password, in "Password" field, then click on "More Options" button and type <local> (typed as you see here, with < and > before and after the word local) inside the "Host:" field, then "Login"
